This is one of the most dreadful creatures of the ocean. The Anglerfish swims in the dark depths of the ocean. And besides its big mouth full of teeth, what makes this creature strange? The female (only the female!) has a glowing light hanging above her mouth to attract little fishes in order to… eat them!

One the curiosities of this funny animal is that it lives in the water but it is also a salamander, so it is an amphibian. It lives in the Mexican lagoons but it is in critical danger of extinction by the contamination of the waters in which it lives. The Axolotl has the ability to regenerate lost body parts.

3.Pacific barreleye fish
